Parenting the parent

I agree with the idea of having couples or parent certified in order to have kids. With being said and done our teen pregnancy population will degrease and also child abuse will decrease as well. However, I don’t agree with the statement that couples should be married in order to have children, because there are people in America and all over the world that prefer to alone and not have a significant other or partner for various reasons. So does that mean that they can’t have their own family? Not to mention that there are many single parents out there.
